We offer a full refund if cancellation is requested within the first 24 hours after the first paid session. After that, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the remaining sessions and the reason for cancellation.
We offer one free trial class per subject for each new student. This allows you to explore our tutoring style and see if it’s the right fit before committing. One free trial which becomes paid if the student continues with the teacher.
A session can be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. A lesser notice will result in the session being charged. One free cancellation per quarter. Please contact us directly to manage cancellations. The cancelled session needs to be rescheduled.
